Clay is a magical material, with its ability to mould, take textures and being soft. It can get hard after firing ,at the same time be breakable. A simple material but different characters just like people that we meet in our lives. It responds to how we interact with it. Have you ever tried holding a small lump of clay in your hands? Take a small lump of clay in your hands and give it a slight press, it will immediately take the shape and texture of our fingers. Thats how it responds. Clay has therapeutic qualities. But since I have taken pottery as a profession ,there are days when we both end up in a tug of war. So in such circumstances, we both take a break and come back to work the next day with fresh ideas. My days are passing with my close interactions with clay and it never makes me feel saturated and bored.
