Saturday pottery sessions for beginners

This course is for the busy bees who work throughout the week and find time only on weekends.

Location: The little Goldfish studio, Thrissur

Duration : 3 months (12 sessions, only on Saturdays 3pm to 5pm) 

Age group : 13yrs plus

Topics covered:

 1.Introduction to clay.  

2. Clay preparation 

3. Hand building techniques (Handbuilding is an ancient pottery-making technique that involves creating forms without a pottery wheel, using the  hands, fingers, and simple tools).  

4. Wheel throwing basics- cylinder forms- cups, small bowls, penstands, flower vases - trimming the products  

5. All materials included

6. Firing charges of the final products included
