LIKE A FOSSIL

 

Monsoons are always my favourite season in Kerala. Its a time for me to explore a lot on textures with clay.A lot of wild grass starts growing in our garden as well as on the sides of the road. I start my day by picking up some of these plants to explore the depth of textures that it would give on clay. This is when I realise that I have so much to learn from these tiny little plants. 

And once I receive the textures, its a chance for me to give more life to it by adding glazes and stains. This is like capturing a moment and stay with me for years as a memory.
